The career resilience of senior women managers: A cross?cultural perspective

چکیده
This article examines how cultural contexts influence the demonstration of resilient behaviors women senior managers in large organizations. We compare experiences Malaysian and Australian overcoming key challenges obstacles their career journeys by engaging resilience strategies network leveraging, learning, adaptability. Our findings reveal unique, complex, contextual nature resilience, show can be demonstrated, often differently, across culture context. study adds to existing body literature areas careers, gender workplace, highlighting sustain navigate paths within constraints socio-cultural contexts. Practical scholarly implications are discussed.
